Welcome to Sound of the Soul: Sound, Breath & Yoga Immersion at Swami's Retreat. A specialised retreat, integrating functional and therapeutic breathing, yoga and sound therapy, our approach to breath and movement isn’t just about you learning a technique.

It’s a whole weekend that blends movement, breathwork, and sound therapy, fast tracking you closer to nervous system regulation. By addressing key areas, we will introduce you to methods and practices to help soothe issues like stress, anxiety, pain, and low energy, bringing balance and vitality back into your daily life.

A dysfunctional nervous system can lead to a range of health problems, including:

🌀Chronic Stress and Anxiety

Shallow, erratic breathing can trigger the body's stress response, leading to persistent anxiety and tension.

🌀Sleep Disorders

Stress, anxiety and overwhelm alongside inadequate breathing and can disrupt sleep patterns, resulting in insomnia or restless sleep.

🌀Fatigue and Low Energy

Stress, anxiety and overwhelm and inefficient oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange leaves you feeling drained and lethargic.

🌀Poor Posture and Muscular Pain

Chronic pain and dysfunctional breathing often correlates with poor posture, leading to neck, shoulder, and back pain.

What to expect at Sound of the Soul....

 

During your retreat with us,

you will:

 

💫 Be guided through transformative practices, including Yoga, Sound Therapy, Breathwork, and Meditation, equipping you with practical skills to regulate stress, ease anxiety, and support lasting nervous system balance. 

💫  Engage in yoga and breathing practices specifically designed to correct dysfunctional breathing, posture, stress response and nervous system regulation.

💫 Have vegetarian meals (dinner on arrival to lunch on departure) and herbal tea throughout your stay. Vegan, gf and diary free options.

💫 Have daily activities and guided bush walks. Everything is optional.
Use of retreat facilities until 3.30pm on day of checkout (sauna, spa, pool, gym & tennis court)
