Step into Stillness is designed as a 24-hour reminder⊠a short but full retreat that reconnects you with practices that support a more settled internal state. If youâre joining for the first time, youâll be introduced to gentle, accessible tools from yoga, breathwork, and sound. If youâve been before, this experience offers a chance to refresh, reconnect, and reinforce the skills that help you regulate your nervous system.

Step into Stillness is a specialised retreat, integrating functional and therapeutic breathing techniques, yoga and sound therapy, my approach to breath and movement isnât just about you learning a technique.
Spend 24 hours at a curated retreat that blends movement, breathwork, and sound therapy, fast tracking you closer to nervous system regulation. By addressing key areas, you will be introduced to methods and practices to help soothe common  stressors like anxiety, pain, and low energy, bringing balance and vitality back into your daily life.
Understanding a dysfunctional nervous systemâŠ
A dysfunctional nervous system can lead to a range of health problems, including:
đChronic Stress and Anxiety
Shallow, erratic breathing can trigger the body's stress response, leading to persistent anxiety and tension.
đSleep Disorders
Stress, anxiety and overwhelm alongside inadequate breathing and can disrupt sleep patterns, resulting in insomnia or restless sleep.
đFatigue and Low Energy
Stress, anxiety and overwhelm and inefficient oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange leaves you feeling drained and lethargic.
đPoor Posture and Muscular Pain
Chronic pain and dysfunctional breathing often correlates with poor posture, leading to neck, shoulder, and back pain.

During your retreat you will:

đ« Be guided through a Sound and Breath experience and easy to take home practices, including Yoga, breathing techniques equipping you with practical skills to regulate stress, ease anxiety, and support lasting nervous system balance.Â
đ«  Engage in yoga and breathing practices specifically designed to correct dysfunctional breathing, posture, stress response and nervous system regulation.
đ« Vegetarian meals (dinner on arrival to lunch on departure) and herbal tea throughout your stay. Vegan, gf and diary free options.
đ«Guided bush walk. Everything is optional.
Use of retreat facilities until 3.30pm on day of checkout (sauna, spa, pool, gym & tennis court)Â

Imagine 24 hours of intentional nervous system careâŠ.a full day and night dedicated to breath, movement, sound, and rest. This retreat is designed to guide you into deep relaxation and renewal, combining yoga, breathwork, sound therapy, and time in nature.
While Iâll be leading the yoga, sound and breathwork sessions, a guided nature walk will also be offered to complement your retreat journey.
