During your sessions with me, you will receive:

💫 An assessment:

We will get to know your individual needs with a 60 minute assessment with your completed intake form of your current breathing patterns and related health concerns and set some goals..

💫 A customised practice developed over the 3 x 45 minute online sessions: 

Engage in breathing and movement exercises specifically designed to improve any dysfunction in your breathing, posture, stress response and nervous system regulation. 

💫 Support: 

Receive 28 days of guidance and support over via WhatsApp (W-F 9am-12pm) to help you integrate these practices into your daily life.

  • While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes for everyone, people who commit to the program notice significant improvements in stress levels, and overall wellbeing. The effort you put in, your lifestyle, and your individual situation all influence what you experience. Breathing practices are most supportive when they’re integrated into daily life, alongside habits that allow the nervous system to rest, recover, and settle over time.

  • The insights you learn will definitely be share-worthy, but the activities in each session are tailored for the individuals. In order for your friends to get the best results, we recommend they sign up to take the program themselves.

  • You can go to a breathwork session and have a general experience of breathwork. There is a lot of benefit in this. In 1:1 breath retraining therapy we go deeper and I support you to create a practice tailored to you. We have a conversation, work out what you want to do and where you want to go. Together we will create some achievable goals. We meet once a week (could be face to face or online depending on location) and develop an ongoing relationship for you with me as a guide and with breath retraining as a tool of enormous support in your life.
