The Venue
Nestled in the serene bushland of Swami’s Yoga Retreat in Kenthurst, NSW, this retreat offers a sanctuary away from the noise and pace of everyday life. Surrounded by native trees, open skies, and fresh country air, the space is designed to allow your nervous system to soften and your mind to slow.
Wander along quiet paths, feel the sun filtering through leaves, or simply sit with a cup of tea and watch nature move around you. The grounds invite gentle connection with the environment and with yourself, supporting reflection, rest, and renewal.
With spaces for movement, meditation, and stillness, the retreat encourages presence at your own pace. Every detail from the peaceful sleeping arrangements to the communal areas, has been considered to create an atmosphere of calm, safety, and ease.
Here, you are free to switch off, breathe, and let the natural surroundings support your return to balance and clarity.

Trace Nikitaras and Donna McLaurin are Swami Sarasvati trained senior yoga teachers and long standing instructors at Swami’s Yoga and Wellness Retreat.

Your retreat experience includes:
Accommodation for two nights
All meals throughout the weekend Friday night Dinner through to Sunday Lunch
All retreat sessions and experiences including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healingEverything is designed so you can arrive, settle in, and be fully supported throughout your stay.

Transport to and from the retreat venue is not included.
Any additional personal purchases, private sessions including massages, or optional extras outside the retreat program are also not included.

You’ll be guided in a supportive and inclusive environment where you can move at your own pace, without pressure or expectation.

Many people attend on their own and arrive feeling unsure. What often unfolds is a sense of ease, connection, and comfort as the weekend progresses.
You are always free to take space when you need it or connect with others when it feels right.

Your safety and wellbeing are a priority.
If you have an injury or any health concerns, we recommend letting us know in advance. You are also welcome to arrange a call before booking if you would like reassurance.
Before the retreat, you will complete a participant form so we can better understand your needs.
All practices are guided with options and modifications, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.
BOOKING & POLICIES

You can either avail the full payment, payment plan with a 50% deposit to secure your place.
Your booking is confirmed once a payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the retreat 30 days prior to the retreat.

Yes.
Payment plans are available for bookings made up until 31 July. All payments must be finalised before the retreat begins.

The initial payment or deposit is non refundable.
If you are unable to attend, the remaining 50% balance can be credited towards a future stay or offering at Swami’s Yoga Retreat.
This credit is non refundable and subject to availability.
Strictly no refunds 30 days before the retreat date. -
Yes.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your full booking to another guest.
You will need to arrange this directly and provide the new guest’s details to the retreat organisers. The booking will remain under the same terms and conditions.
